The room was nice and clean, recently remodeled. I loved how easy it was to get into the room. I got the room # and the door code before the check in time. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice experience, I definitely will go back to this place!

We loved our convenient stay here! Would definitely stay again. And our fur baby was so happy that they allowed dogs. So so clean too idk why there are reviews there are bugs because the room was exceptional in our experience.

To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. Ravi at the front was so kind, great welcome helpful. The room was so nice and clean. The hotel is near every attraction like the lake and nightclub. Everything is perfect. Will be stay here again next time when we travel to Lake Tahoe.
