The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. We loved our stay at Octant - the facilities are brilliant and we also enjoyed massages on the day we arrived. The staff are extremely friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and the food was lovely - particularly the Wreck fish and the Beef Cheeks. Our stay at Octant was the perfect end to our trip to the Azores.

I am travelling a lot and this hotel gets easily in my top 5. The appartments are very big with all necessary utilities, the pool and spa are great and breakfast is amazing. Also the employees are more than great and extremly helpful. I have sleeping problems sometimes but I slept like a baby at the this hotel.

Very nice and heloful staff, especially girls in the reception, always willing to help and advise good attractions or restaurants. Gorgeous rooftop restaurant. Very good spa. And the pineapple greenhouse with the hot tub was gorgeous.

SENSI Azores Nature and SPA features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Ginetes. Absolutely fantastic place, this is one of those 11/10 places that you find very rarely even if you travel a lot. Spacious room, saunas, indoor and outdoor pool (with an incredible view), onsite restaurant with staff prepared to adjust the meals with your personal preferences (vegetarian, gluten free etc). The whole team is so sweet and the atmosphere is cosy as at home.

The whole hotel is beautifully made. The pool is perfect. Good breakfast. Perfect roomservice. I could not wish for more. Would come again.

Whales Bay Hotel Apartments is located in the town of Capelas, São Miguel within a 10-minute drive from Ponta Delgada. The property is 12 km from the airport and 300 meters from natural pools. Modern and large flat, very well equipped, including the kitchen. Very clean. Nice swimming pool, usually not busy. Friendly staff. Located in front of the ocean rim, and close to (7 minutes by car) a Continente supermarket open until 9.00pm or even 10.00pm in August and where you can buy everything, even though you can also buy basic things on site.
