Saccharum - Resort & Spa is a luxury 5-star design hotel located on Calheta Beach, between the mountains of Madeira and the Atlantic Ocean. This hotel features a rooftop infinity pool, conference rooms, a buffet and an à la carte restaurant and four bars. Great hotel! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite comfortable with possibly the best bed we slept on during our month long trip. Bathroom was clean, and the balcony was a nice addition. Great AC. Parking was easy and close. This hotel has the best, most elaborate breakfast I’ve ever experienced. It was delicious and filling and varied. We loved the beach club area, though would recommend water shoes as the beach is quite rocky. Would gladly stay here again.

Set on Madeira’s South Coast, Ponta do Sol has a stunning infinity pool and hot tub with panoramic views. This was our second time staying at Estalagem. Amazing property, facilities and staff. It feels both comfortable and very safe to stay there with our two small dogs. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

Having spent 5 wonderful days at the ARTS IN hotel, we can confidently recommend it. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts, cozy room overlooking the garden and the ocean, caring staff. The hotel has a very convenient location to various interesting places on the island, free private parking, high-quality WiFi, fragrant white towels and bed linen. Thank you for a great time! Ps. All rooms at the hotel feature cable TV, free WiFi and a private bathroom. Despite big hotel we received warm welcome with personal touch (welcome drink, welcome card with my name printed and free bottle of wine). Room was very spacious with all amenities you need and ved was very comfortable. At departure we even received a small gift. Very pleasant stay.

The architecture of the hotel territory is done very wisely, you always can have a place to be by yourself on nature with the fabulous views. Superb breakfast and on-site restaurants. The room is bright, has spacious balcony, equipped with new furniture and thoughtful touches. The most comfy bed and pillows in my wide travel experience!! Staff was extremely hospitable. They consult me about our travel plans on Madeira and even manage to find me a jacket for the gala dinner. Top level hospitality!
