They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

Super unique and luxurious apartment located right in the centre of the plaza, panoramic view in the room. We stayed in winter so having the Jacuzzi and sauna was an amazing experience. The hotel only has one room and is run by a family, they were all super friendly and helpful. They have a cafe downstairs and also there was a very good restaurant in the plaza called Klassz Kultbisztró. Great experience overall.

El Batthyány Kúria ocupa una mansión situada en la localidad de Zalacsány a 350 metros de un centro de bienestar, y dispone de un restaurante, piscina al aire libre, piscina cubierta, un salón de... The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!
