Facing the beachfront, Nils am See offers 4-star accommodation in Weiden am See and has a garden, terrace and restaurant. Beautiful and peaceful hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance from the train station. The rooms are very comfortable, well sound-proofed and beautifully decorated. The breakfast had delicious local products and they provided gluten-free bread on request. The electric bike rental at the hotel was also great for a day trip. Lunch at the pool bar was very good and the drinks prices very reasonable. Would 100% stay again.

Casa Rust is set in Rust and features a heated pool and garden views. The 4-star homestay has pool views and is 15 km from Esterházy Palace. A fantastic room and house that I really could recommend. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had.

Set in Hegykő, 7.3 km from Esterhazy Castle, Hotel HegiQ - Adults Only Hotel offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It's not often you get to stay in a one-month old hotel, but this one is brand new (late September-early October 2022). It is hidden away on a side street in a small forgettable village, which keeps it quiet at night. It's all new and absolutely spotless, and includes a nice spa and wonderful sauna and two hot tubs on the ground floor, and access across a lawn to a 7-pool swimming and hot spring water resort (which is not new and is shared with an adjacent camp ground). Rates include dinner, and the wine list is quite reasonable and includes some wines made in the same and in the next village. Both dinner and buffet breakfast were good if not quite gourmet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, all bilingual in Hungarian and German. (Don't know about English because I speak both Hungarian and German, never tried English).

Extremely kind and open-minded owners. Diverse and tasty breakfast. Cozy rooms. Glass of wine and friendly talk with owners during check-in. Nice sounds isolation. Small personal terrace.

In a historic building dating from 1537 featuring a rose garden and a quiet courtyard, the family-run TiMiMoo Boutique Hotel Bürgerhaus is right on the main square in the centre of Rust. Excellent location, family ambient, very clean rooms. The hotel has few own parking spots but the parking around the hotel on the streets is posible free of charge. The staff was very friendly and hepful from the arrival to the check-out. We left the hotel feeling like we were visiting family. ❤️ The breakfast selection was very good, tasty and served to the table in the cosy ambient of the rose garden. The food choice was very diversified, with fresh vegetables and fruits and in the right amount.

Bliem’s Wohnreich offers rooms with free LAN access in a traditional, Pannonian-style building in the centre of Halbturn in Burgenland, very close to the historic Halbturn Palace. Great breakfast! Friendly owners. Cute garden. 10/10!

Vila Vita Pannonia is a 200-hectare nature resort set amidst the impressive landscape of Lake Neusiedl National Park in Burgenland. Very nice place with a huge territory and a lot of entertainment activities. Very good option for families with kids.

Featuring massage services and views of lake, Pannonia Appartements 2 is a recently renovated apartment set in Neusiedl am See, 12 km from Mönchhof Village Museum. Host was great, rooms are awesome and big. Would recommend to families.
