The room was nice and clean, I would recommend to anyone!

Offering on-site swimming pools, hot tub and saunas, Imola Hotel Platán is situated in the centre of Eger. It features a restaurant serving regional dégustation menus and a garden with terrace. The front desk was very helpful. We borrowed a phone charger from them. Excellent customer service.Food was fantastic.

I asked them to prepare a bottle of wine as a birthday gift and they did great with that including adding a note. Both breakfast and dinner were great, the wellness area was also great and there were many other activities at the hotel which made our stay more fun. The room was spacious and the location was also nice, very close to the natural park. Overall it was a great stay.
