We booked 1 night only, but everything was ok. The breakfast was nice and there was a nice restaurant within a walking distance, there we had a dinner. The room was nice and clean, I would recommend to anyone!

Offering on-site swimming pools, hot tub and saunas, Imola Hotel Platán is situated in the centre of Eger. It features a restaurant serving regional dégustation menus and a garden with terrace. The front desk was very helpful. We borrowed a phone charger from them. Excellent customer service.Food was fantastic.

We booked this hotel as part of our road trip in Hungary and were very happy with our choice. The communication with the hotel was great and smooth. I asked them to prepare a bottle of wine as a birthday gift and they did great with that including adding a note. Both breakfast and dinner were great, the wellness area was also great and there were many other activities at the hotel which made our stay more fun. The room was spacious and the location was also nice, very close to the natural park. Overall it was a great stay.

We highly recommend it to families especially with kids. Thank you Krisztina and to your mother for hosting us really well. We already miss the sound of the stream from your lovely garden. Our kids miss the huge bathtub too where we spend most of the time in the evening and the location was really good because we can also while watch the TV situated in the living room
