The spa was absolutely brilliant, along with the dinner and breakfast buffet options. Our room was a nice size with a balcony overlooking the lake. Very clean and modern. Very enjoyable stay.

They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.
