Set on Santorini's northeastern coast only 3.2km away from Fira and 5.4km away from the airport, Magma Resort Santorini stands as the inaugural property of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in Greece. The hotel itself is designed beautifully, the food is delicious, even more than all of the restaurants in the island. The rooms are mesmerizing, comfortable, and always clean and organized. Ours was so great we didn’t even wont to leave it! But in case you do want to leave, you should try the luxurious spa which is free, or the amazing pool which has a great view, and lots of room to sit. There is also a comfortable free shuttle service to prime locations on the island, in case you want to travel around. But the thing that we loved the most is the attention to the details, everything was up and running, and was right on time. Every guest gets the best treatment and the full attention from the hotel as he/she was the only one in it, and it all thanks to the excellent staff! They were caring, friendly and very helpful. Definitely worth the visit if you are coming to Santorini, we know we will return only to experience this amazing hotel again!

Hom Santorini has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Oia. I had the pleasure of staying at Hom Santorini, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hoetl itself is beautifully appointed with stylish, decor that creates a soothing and relaxing ambiance. But what really made my stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in the mydoor, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations and answering all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge bent over backwards to get me reservations at a very popular local restaurant. The housekeeping staff did an immaculate job cleaning my room and even left sweet goodnight chocolates on my pillow. And the room service was lightning fast and incredibly courteous. I was just so impressed by the effort and care put in by each and every staff member. They truly went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and make sure I had the best possible experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. But even more so, their kindness and desire to be helpful made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot recommend Hom Santorini highly enough, especially for anyone looking for stellar customer service. The exceptional staff made my stay absolutely exquisite from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I highly recommend it.
