Our room was bright and airy with the sea views we had asked for. Every request (eg a separate hairdryer as I struggled with the wall one, and an iron) was fulfilled immediately. The staff were exceptional - always smiling, taking an interest in us, always saying hola when we returned etc and very professional - loved all their uniforms. The facilities like the pools and the wellness centre (we used it every late afternoon and loved it) and the beach club were superb. The dining facilities were also brilliant. Apartotel Ponent Mar is a 4-star aparthotel with free private parking, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is free Wi-Fi in all public areas. Everything!!! The design of our sea view room was scenic especially on the sunrise moment. Swimming pool, table tennis, sunbathing , parking, bar and staffs were perfect.
