Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Our stay was short but very nice. We were received by the hotel staff at the parking lot to take our baggage, then showed to our room after check in, where we enjoyed a nice coffee. Staff was always available for anything, We had a quiet first day, then an awesome breakfast the next day, a walk through town and the thermal waters and some nice little local shops. After that we relaxed at the pool and played in the various different smaller pools with our son. The hotel restaurant was a marvel, I'd have the soup every day of my life again.

Offering a terrace, Rubin Luxury Apartments is situated in Karlovy Vary, 100 metres from Mill Colonnade. Market Colonnade is 300 metres away. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is in tip top shape, pristine design, visibly clean luxurious not just in the name but down to every piece of decor. I felt like a queen in her suite so spacious and well thought out and the fact that everything was self service was a shock. Getting in and through the apartment was a breeze. As a solo traveler I felt safe and I had plenty of space for my luggage, and my larger items without feeling too crowded. If you cook, they have all the amenities pots, pans, a beautiful fridge, coffee maker. It’s like I didn’t wanna go out and explore because I wanted to soak in every last inch of the apartment. Apple TV was a nice touch so I could watch my Netflix in English and stream from my phone.

While the manager/receptionist didn't speak great English, it was enough to understand him and get by and his level of service was very high. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable and you feel like you're living as a king with how opulent the building and room is.
