At the check-in, we were offered a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The bathroom was excellent. Everything was super clean. We had a giant clean glass window, ceiling-to-floor, facing in the Obří Důl direction and there was a comfortable sofa next to it. We were even able to open another (dark) window to get in some fresh mountain air. The buffet-style breakfast in the morning was absolutely stunning, given that we got all this relatively cheaply, off - season, through booking.com.

Great selection of items for breakfast. We have been fully satisfied with offered foods and drinks. I personaly found coffee less appeasing but It was "standard", not bad by any means. We were pleasantly surprised by variety of fruits.

Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious.
