The suite is very nice,comfortable and full equiped fantastic views from private pool area,very relaxing lovely and modern pool we had too a private beach with seats at beachfront Nicos is very kind ,helpful and a caring person. He welcomed us at checkin and the suite had lots of food ,fruits and drinks. Everything was perfect Fantastic holidays in Zakynthos with my daugther . We will be back and stay at Oceanis Suites

The house is huge, clean and beautiful with a big yard and swimming pool. There was more than enough space for our group of 8 people. We had an amazing stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Nikolas and Lisa are the best hosts you could wish for. They do absolutely everything to make you enjoy the most of your stay. It was the best moment of our trip around Greece. I would definitely recommand to stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Thank you so much guys!

Pool was awesome. Location great and house comfortable and well equipped. Owners friendly and helpful with cleaners midweek. Up in the hills but only 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants etc. Lovely views over the ocean.

Our stay was just amazing! We had 7 fabulous nights and cannot wait to go back again. The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.
