very nice design, modern, sleek, elegant without fuss. the pool is great, the rooms with pool come with a very decently sized private pool. Breakfast is outstanding.

Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti, vastasi kaikkia tarpeita ja odotuksia, oma allas ja merinäköala luksusta. Olimme sesongin ulkopuolella ja ainoat majoittuuat kyseisessä hotellissa ja ainoat turistit koko alueella, joten oli erittäin rauhallista. Hotellin sijainti on rauhallinen joka tapauksessa Huoneiston omistaja on huippu tyyppi. Auttaa kaikessa, mitä vain huomaat tarvita (taksi, vuokra-auto, paikallisten suosimat ravintolat jne..) ja huomioi asiakkaan edun näissä. Hän oli tervetuliaislahjaksi täyttänyt jääkaapin ruualla ja juomilla. Olemisemme kohteessa oli helppoa ja kaikin puolin mutkatonta.

The house is huge, clean and beautiful with a big yard and swimming pool. There was more than enough space for our group of 8 people. We had an amazing stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Nikolas and Lisa are the best hosts you could wish for. They do absolutely everything to make you enjoy the most of your stay. It was the best moment of our trip around Greece. I would definitely recommand to stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Thank you so much guys!

Pool was awesome. Location great and house comfortable and well equipped. Owners friendly and helpful with cleaners midweek. Up in the hills but only 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants etc. Lovely views over the ocean.

Our stay was just amazing! We had 7 fabulous nights and cannot wait to go back again. The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.
