We are very happy to find this hotel. We visited Valencia many times and are planning to come again. Wonderful and very clean big apartment (we had apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies), parking, very good restaurant, quiet area, within walking distance of the city of sciences, a large shopping centre nearby and many small shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and attentive staff (we found some food and water in apartment when arrived). We liked everything very much, we plan to stay in this hotel on our next visits. The only thing we didn’t figure out during our stay was the internet - we had a lot of phones, PCs and other devices with us, and it was inconvenient to go through the procedure of connecting to the Internet every time, for some unknown reason a number of applications did not work. Hope, we solve this issue when we come next time.

The room (penthouse) was fantastic but what really stands out is the service, especially from the reception team. Silvia G M really made us feel very welcome and appreciated from day 1 to the end. We felt very valued and well looked after - starting from welcome drinks and chocolate and a gift for a very minor inconvenience (which they solved for us in hours!) and breakfast was cooked to perfection. We will definitely visit Valencia and Silvia’s team again.BADAFamily with young children

Bed linen - heaven! The silkiest, softest, whitest of them all!!! Loved every minute I slept between them :D Will suggest the hotel to all of my friends and will come back 1000 times. The restaurant on the 9th floor is Michelin star-worthy. Amazingly tasty food and excellent service! Well done!
