1. Amazing service!!! I had to bother Maria and Olga with my reservations many times but they were super attentive and really customized my requests. I am 1000000% thankful for them. 2. excellent boutique hotel in the center of Mahon. courtyard is very beautiful, great to sit by the pool and have drinks. staff was very warm and friendly, made me feel at home. room was very spacious, bed comfortable, including the bathroom.

Phenomenal! I can’t emphasize enough how tastefully this old building has been renovated. The staff were all incredible and went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. I would say this has to be the most memorable hotel stay ever for my wife and I. The level of hospitality here cannot be captured in a review.

Second time in Calallonga Hotel (that tells you a lot about how much I enjoyed the place...from someone who travels frequently). Really enjoyed the facilities , with great size rooms as well as the convenience of the kitchenette with lots of utensils. Great maintenance , fabulous breakfast, and excellent service by the super-friendly staff. From the personnel at reception , to the staff at the restaurant and also the cleanning personnel. All top notch.

The hotel is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The views are stunning, the breakfast is on par with some of the larger luxury brands, and the spa is a really nice bonus (especially in the winter months). All the employees that we met were kind, helpful, and compassionate.
