the location was great. apartment was spotless and the shower and bed both fabulous. the location could be loud but my bedroom was at the back and once the door was shut it was silent. the buzz of noise from the square below was like a comfort blanket just humming in the background.

My daughter and I had a great few days in Alicante and found the apartment to be a perfect place to stay. We were in the queen deluxe apartment. Located in the old town it was convenient to walk around the city. We enjoyed the terrace sun beds, table and chairs and found the facilities in the apartment to be well thought out with everything we needed. The bottle of fizz, snacks, tea and coffee etc were a very welcome and thoughtful touch. It was also great to have access to filtered water- no more carrying heavy bottles back from the supermarket! Akram was so helpful; meeting us on arrival and taking care of our bags after check out. All the staff we met were lovely! The lift straight to the apartments is a clever design and the roof terrace was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Alicante.

We liked the Air-conditioning system, comfortable bed, attention to details such as soft close kitchen cabinets, W.C., sound isolation, huge TV, fast Internet and luxe tableware. Location was very central and we walked everywhere. Once we checked in, two large bottles of water and a very unique wine was waiting for us, which was greatly appreciated. We really liked that there was good coffee machine and coffee pods waiting for us. The whole building is new and you enjoy even taking the stairs. All in all we recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Alicante

The accommodation is outstanding, especially the design and furnishings. It has been lovingly renovated, not just any old way, but to a very high standard and with attention to detail. And everything you need is there, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the living area and in the sleeping areas. What was special was how Virginia and Donna took care of us. We booked at very short notice and Virginia took care of everything immediately. I made a few booking mistakes, she sorted it all out. The handover was very well organised and Donna read our every wish from our lips, we even got fruit, drinks and something for breakfast. Many little tips and attentions sweetened the stay. And what was really special was how Virginia organised the taxis to the airport for us, which worked out excellently, even though it was an effort for her. She did a great job, we were all thrilled with our short stay in Alicante. We were all very impressed with her.

    Well located modern five star hotel with a chic and distinctively local style..small indoor pool on the roof. Friendly and capable staff. Good breakfast. Easy to recommend.

    Spotlessly clean, room and bed were excellent very comfortable, and cleaned everyday. Superb Pool area, bar and restaurant they were all excellent, we stayed half board, the choice and quality of food was outstanding. Ideal location, beach 10 mins walk and 5mins to Tram ride taking you to Alicante or Benidorm and very cheap fare. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. Also roof top bar and pool a bonus but unfortunately no open until mid March. Would definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

    Terrace of the penthouse was fabulous. Location superb. One of the bathrooms is en-suite and one is off the hallway. Both have showers. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and some of our group are very fussy!! No complaints. Aida was magnificent when it came to communicating. Very helpful and quick to respond on WhatsApp. We will definitely return.

    Fantastic long weekend break at MyFlats Luxury, Alicante. ▪️Superb accommodation. Well appointed. Comfortable. Could t ask for better ▪️Spotlessly clean ▪️Central location. in the heart of the city close to all the best bars & restaurants and close to the beach also ▪️Fantastic customer service. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and offered excellent service ▪️Highly recommended where staying for a few days or a few weeks Would visit again and again

    Loved our stay at UNIQ flats. The flat and the entire building is immaculate, housekeeping does a truly superb job. The flat itself was great, has everything you would need, is quiet and cosy and the hot tub is such a luxury. Alain was super helpful and provided clear information, check in was easy. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach and to the main town. We would not hesitate to book again.
