This property was in a beautiful setting! You feel very close to nature, with lots of trees, plants, birds. It is right on a lake. The owner, Anne, the manager, Amal, and each and every staff member were incredibly kind and professional. Our every need was met. We had full board, and the food exceeded our expectations! We were so full! There were lots of choices, but we had Sri Lankan food, it was just delicious! We had Tranquil book us two safaris, and we loved them! We didn’t see leopards, but another group did the same day we went out. We saw plenty of wildlife. A bonus was the fresh, clean pool for a morning or afternoon swim, with chairs to relax in the sun or shade. Thank you, Tranquil, for your hospitality. We’ll be back! We recommend this place and the park nearby, over the busier places.

Offering a restaurant, Koragaha Lodge - Yala provides a 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests. The air-conditioned accommodation will provide you with work desk and seating area. This has been my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka so far. The lodges are beautifully designed. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable. Praveen was extremely welcoming and helpful to us during the stay. We organised the Yala National Park Safari through the hotel in advance of our visit and it was 90USD per person (the hotel also arranged a naturist to join us on the safari and I really would recommend doing so as it gave great insight to the animals we encountered). The food was excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating to dietary requirements and were able to provide a vegan dinner. They prepared a vegetable kottu, coconut curry and dhal and it was soooo delicious. My partner also got grilled chicken and said it was the nicest meal of the trip! Could not recommend Koragaha Lodge more.

Staying here is a highlight of my month trip in Sri Lanka. I wanted to go to a better Yala National Park entrance than the crowded one handling people coming from Kataragama and Tissamaharama. With less crowding and a good guide, this helps minimize impact to animals on safaris. The villa is new and only had a couple reviews, but I decided to take a chance because they are the only reasonably priced stay I saw in the area and because they are near my prefered Yala entrance gate. I wasn't disappointed when I arrived since the place was comfortable with a good mattress, working A/C, it's a stand-alone unit, and had a relaxing vine-canopy shaded porch. The room itself is basic but has everything you need. Prasad and his family were amazing. They helped me get a new Sim card when mine broke and provided me with the best breakfasts, fresh juices, snacks, and conversations. I thoroughly enjoyed my three nights here!!

Very nice comfortable house rooms, pleasant view, beutifull birds around singing. Peacefull place with very kind and helpfull people take care of you. Lots of animals around, monkeys jumping on the trees ( but not disturbing) peacocks running, squirrels etc The food is very good - u have to try breakfast and dinner. Hightly recommend

Featuring a terrace, Tree Tops Yala is a villa, set in Yala. It provides free private parking. There is a seating area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. We enjoy so much our stay here. Appu and his family are great, and the food was amazing. I totally recommend it!

Everything is very nicely decorated and clean. Easy to relax at the pool for an afternoon before or after your safari! Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a yummy Sri Lankan breakfast after coming back from our safari.

If you love adventure, nature and unique experiences, this is defiantly for you! This location and the staff were amazing! The treehouses are a dream and fully equipe with everything you need.. At night we saw fireflies fly through our room, and yes you have a lot of jungle sounds and yes when it’s windy the treehouse shakes a bit, which we felt was like nice sleeping white noise. The manager went beyond and woke up early (4am) to give us take away breakfast and helped us make an extra booking for 1 night. The food at their own restaurant is delicious as well. If you plan to go do a safari, almost all of them will pick you up here.
