Amenities station and currency exchange machine at the lobby are very practical. The room was clean and decently sized, the bathroom was great and water pressure was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Washing machines at the 11th floor are also very practical to have.

Rooms are quite spacey for Japanese standards, including the bathroom. Comfortable beds. The hotel also makes available to guests a laundry room. The hotel is in a very central location, 5 mins away from Namba station. Far enough to ensure guests are not bothered by the bars and restaurants there but also close enough to easily walk there.

There is also a supermarket in the basement that helped us buy food for our 1-year-old child and a station that connects to Osaka-Namba station which is very convenient. We also got a city view that is amazing at night. The rooms are spacious compared to the room sizes you see in Japanese hotels. It's also near Dotonbori.
