We were there for a Bruce Springsteen concert hence lower score on value for money as hotel was full and prices were a premium (not blaming them, pure supply and demand). Friendly staff and lovely room with an enormous and very comfortable bed. Some crisps, biscuits and local pale ale in the room was a nice touch.

We were able to store our case for an hour or so before the room was ready for check-in, and enjoyed a drink at the bar. Our room was very comfortable, with a good bathroom. The location was very good - about a 10/15 minute walk from the Stadium and with views from the bar/breakfast room over some greenery. The breakfast was good. The public areas were clean and modern.

We expected no frills. The rooms are clean and, as far as ours went, comfortable for the most part. It’s just outside the pedestrian city centre about 15-20 minutes walk from the main station and the stadium.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The residents' lounge and terrace were a nice added extra. Of particular note was the breakfast. It's probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had - homemade granola and pastries and delicious baked eggs and peppers. Absolutely wonderful.
