Excellent location, just 5 minutes from Atocha Train Station. Two minutes to Botanical Garden, 5 minutes to Retiro. Everything is near. Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Enough elevators to not lose time waiting. I liked the design of the rooms, cozy and practical, and atmosphere of the lobby. Just like from the beginning of the 20th century. Not like many modern hotels that lack some personality.
She waited over an hour for me to get to the apartment to let us in and get keys. Bless her.
The apartment was wonderful and comfortable. It fit our family of 7 with plenty of room. Comfortable beds and bedrooms, three toilets, huge dining area, and kitchen with washing machine. We loved walking to the Reina Sofia park and museums, and the morning we left, we walked to the Atocha train station, which was so easy and handy.
The apartment was a 3/2 and was well laid out which maximized the space. It had a modern look with lots of light. The automatic panels blocked out the sun and the balcony a good view and was very spacious.
The location was great very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro and Atocha train station. The street was very quiet and residential.
This Hotel is located across the street from Atocha train station where one can connect to everywhere with either the metro, cercanias or renfe trian systems , the breakfast were great, and the Hotel is very clean and all the staff were super friendly and attentive to not just me to my whole family.
Room was large with a desk and small sitting area. Bed was very comfortable with excellent linens. Hotel is close to Atocha train station and within easy walking distance of many restaurants.
Its location it's perfect, for it's conveniently close to Atocha train station and all museums around, whilst located in a quiet street, something valuable being so close to such noisy places. Staff members were so kind and happy to help. Rooms are a bit worn and equipment a bit old, but are pretty comfortable for a short stay in Madrid. Definitely, it's a place to be considered
the rooms were clean, comfortable, check in and check out were quick and easy, staff were very helpful, and the location was walking distance from Atocha train station, in addition there was a taxi stand in front of the hotel which was very convenient.
There was very little positive to say. The bathroom did have a nice big bathtub, which is something you usually don't find nowadays.
The hotel is somewhat close to the Atocha train station, with "somewhat" being the operative word. Still, it's a good 12-15 walk from the train station, assuming you're walking at a brisk pace and assuming you don't get lost (which is easy to do because the streets are not well-marked).
