This was my favourite accomodation on my 3 week trip to Argentina. The owners are so warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I made a mistake with my booking and they were so accommodating and I was able to have the same room for an extra night. The place is very relaxing, beautiful garden, quiet. Adrianna speaks perfect English and is always happy to help. Don't hesitate just book it! I stayed 1 night in Bariloche Town and it was very busy, this is so much nicer. Some general tips on the area, I didn't have a car but this hotel is only 30 mins walk to the main llao llao trails and beaches. There are 2 restaurants and some shops / cafes in walking distance. They provide laundry service and dollar exchange, and you can hire bikes.

Situated within 19 km of Puelo lake and 28 km of Cerro Perito Moreno - El Bolson, Alas Cabañas offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in El Bolsón. What a hidden gem. I needed a place to stay last minute, and this was one of the only places I could find. I really lucked out. This is a family run spot and from the minute I got there, I was treated like a member of the family. If you want all the stuff that goes along with a big hotel, maybe this isn't your spot. But, if you want a very comfortable cabana and the chance to meet and interact with a very nice local family while taking in amazing mountain views, then this is for you. As a solo traveler I highly recommend it, for the experience and interaction.

Only 200 metres from Catedral Ski Centre's ski lifts, Hosteria Sudbruck offers cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi. It features a seasonal restaurant and a seasonal hot tub with panoramic mountain views. Everything and I went in summer. This hostaria has everything: nice rooms (and bed), great breakfast, excellent and super friendly owner who can provide you with all sorts of tips about the region. In summer, it's a nice escape from bariloche tourism madness. Also, it's the perfect basecamp for doing hikes in the cerro cathedral area. I do recommend getting a car on the airport so getting around is a bit easier. Bariloche is only 20 min away so having dinner there is a good option; and then quickly back to sudbruck.

Featuring a big garden and an organic orchard, Los Juncos Patagonian Lake House offers 5 unique rooms in a charming Alpine-style house in front of Nahuel Huapi Lake. We had the most beautiful stay at Los Juncos and even extended our time there because it was so good. Our room was perfectly decorators and had the most amazing views over the lake to wake up to. The staff were so friendly even despite our lack of Spanish. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with lovely home made croissants. The lounge downstairs was the perfect place to relax, read and take in the amazing views - it really felt like a home away from home. We cannot recommend staying here enough!

Nice place, walking distance from the most interesting parts of the town. We got a room with some lake view. Good value!
