Very clean and spacious, attractive room, huge comfortable bed with good quality bed linen, big TV, spacious bathroom, large shower cubicle and great towels, first meal in the restaurant was delicious (beef bourguignon), good local ale at a reasonable price, breakfast was mixed but full English was very good. Dark haired lady on duty on our first night was lovely, friendly and very professional (apologies for not having a name). Contact via the app was good and the code access worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

Makes everything straight forward and quick. A perfect base to explore Keswick and other parts of The Lakes. Location is great with plenty of shops and places to eat. We loved the Bush Inn and the Tithe Tap. Friendly staff in the cafe too.

The location is great, parking was a breeze, the room and facilities are beautiful and breakfast at Veeva was fantastic. We would also highly recommend a pre-dinner drink at Tithe Tap downstairs and dinner at Tilia, where we were fortunate enough to be there for opening night.
