Everything was great!! Prior arrival staff have reached out to ask if we need any help and shared contact details if ever we need anything. We have arrived bit late, no problems with check in and Ahmad waited for us with smile and offered cold drinks and gave us short talk about the place. The room was clean and had everything we needed, pyramids view and nice AC! In the morning we enjoyed great traditional breakfast, it was our choice between two, plenty of food with fresh orange juice on the roof with pyramids view was extraordinary! If you have any questions Ahmad and Mahmoud will give you the best answer! If you don’t have plans they can sort you out. We have also enjoyed traditional Egyptian wedding with Ahmad presence, unforgettable moments !!

The staff, Essra and Mano, were excellent in making my stay be special. When the WiFi went down from another company, they found ways to be sure I was always connected. The hotel is a very good value and if you get a chance, ask Essra to take you on a tour. She is excellent.

It’s really an amazing place for stay and have perfect location front of the pyramids and near to the entrance gate. Nice rooms with view and Normal room and even you have a Normal room that what I was staying at it was nice for the price but I enjoyed the view from the Roof top and there is also aresturant up there with the view of the pyramids I recommend this place I will be back of course 😊
