Everything was great!! Prior arrival staff have reached out to ask if we need any help and shared contact details if ever we need anything. We have arrived bit late, no problems with check in and Ahmad waited for us with smile and offered cold drinks and gave us short talk about the place. The room was clean and had everything we needed, pyramids view and nice AC! In the morning we enjoyed great traditional breakfast, it was our choice between two, plenty of food with fresh orange juice on the roof with pyramids view was extraordinary! If you have any questions Ahmad and Mahmoud will give you the best answer! If you don’t have plans they can sort you out. We have also enjoyed traditional Egyptian wedding with Ahmad presence, unforgettable moments !!

On our first night in Cairo, the innkeeper met us at the intersection and served us a good breakfast. On the last day because we missed the flight, thanks to his shelter, he waited for us until 2 am. The receptionist who checked me in on 6 May was extremely pleasant. Even though she bombarded me with various tours immediately upon my arrival, she was not aggressive and still very congenial. She even provided me with a “security escort” to help me discover where to eat and buy stuff within the inn’s vicinity. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

It was very nice and experienced. He explained about pyramids in English and answered all our questions. The hotel is located side of pyramid, therefore it is not busy and very quiet area. The room is very clean and quiet. The rooftop restaurant was also very good, nice pyramid view, lunch, tea and dinner available with reasonable price. We had to leave at 7, breakfast start time. They prepared our lunchbox for breakfast.
