Nice apartment villa with 6 bedrooms and a friendly atmosphere. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Bedrooms were cozy and very well equipted, with a good AC and mosquito net. Wi-Fi and hot water was working all the time. Breakfast was basic (all kind of eggs, sausages, toast and pancakes, jam, peanut butter etc.). However every day you got a nice fruit plate and fresh juice. The breakfast was included in the price so it was a nice complimentary from the hotel. For lunch and dinner you can choose from around 10 options. Location is just 1 minute walk from the beach. Behind the accommodation is authentic local village so you can see the real life. Anyway the place is very calm and good for relaxing.

We loved our stay there which was part of our honeymoon. Sameer, the manager as well as everyone working there where incredibly sweet an helpful. He picked us up from the airport, showed us so much of Zanzibar, took us on tours and even organized a surprise candlelight dinner for us. His English was great! The hotel is brand new with a beautiful pool and very spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. We had breakfast and dinner included, which was very delicious, even though there could be a few more options for breakfast. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to everyone who plans to stay in the area.

We loved how clean the property was. Rooms are cleaned every day. All staff is very kind although not everyone speaks English you feel positive energy from them no matter what… They simply make the efforts… Aziza at the reception is the nicest, most kind, a big hearted person. If you purchase half or full board food is going to be cooked on your order what makes this place so special. Beach is just behind the gate, 2 min walk.

Closed, beautiful little accommodation close to the beach (a few steps), excellent service and food. I recommend half board! Choice of 4 excursions departing directly from the camper.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sunny Villa and it was a really great choice. It was calm and peaceful, the staff was always helpful, especially the nice lady at the bar/restaurant who took great care of us. Rooms were clean and spacious, more than enough for 2 people. The programs organized by the hotel were also great, I recommend the Prison Island - Nakupenda - Stone Towns 1 day trip which was wonderful.

The hotel is small and friendly, it gave us a real homely feeling that despite the full house, we were able to enjoy the pool and restaurant together. We could order dinner on time. The hotel is 50 m from the ocean shore, with four huge rooms and two family-friendly suites, a swimming pool, and a cozy restaurant waiting for travelers who want to relax. The staff is extremely kind, they clean the rooms every day. Aziza and Sammy stole into our hearts. We whole heartedly recommend the hotel to anyone who needs western comfort, but wants to experience Africa, the daily life of local residents, watch the local children playing football from the hotel terrace...
