The staff are the most welcoming and nice people ever. They help you with all your needs with a smile. They check on you and offer an umbrella when it’s raining. They are flexible if u are late for breakfast. Mahmoud the hotel manager is very helpful and friendly. Monika from the restaurant is amazing. The whole staff are 10/10. The housekeepers clean the rooms daily and great you with smiles.

Wow, I was not expecting such a wonderful stay and experience at Canary. The services are great and a great value… try the spa treatments! All the staff are wonderful, food I had for dinner and breakfast were delicious and had a very nice variety of options to choose from. Drinks are fresh and yummy

Very clean rooms. Amazing staff, very kindly & helpfull. Very good food. Small hotel, cosy, and enough shadow because of the gardening! That was great! The location was a bit too far away from the beach for us, not too far in distance, but because of very bad roads (bumpy roads, and after raining a lot of water on the roads). That was sometimes challenging with a baby (&buggy) and for one of us with knee problems.

It’s a very cozy beautiful hotel. It’s very close to the ocean, 4 min walk. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the amenities added were very clean and thoughtful. The breakfast is very delicious and has variety of food. Also, Mohamed in the reception is very helpful! We had an issue with the reservation but Mohamed worked hardly to resolve it, he was such a great help, he is also very friendly! The staff as well was also helpful, kind and always smiling. Definitely will come again and recommend it!

Mohammad and his staff were phenomenal! Always helping us to have the best stay possible even after we had checked out. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and you could see the ocean from the distance. There were a variety of breads, proteins, starches, vegetables, and fruits at breakfast. The chef made omelets to order. The food in the restaurant was good, but be prepared to wait a little for it. Mohammed arranged a tour to the turtle conservatory for us which was helpful, as well as recommending the Moma Mia restaurant which was right on the ocean. The spa was wonderful!
