Tartini Square House FERGO offers a nice holiday home located in Piran. It occupies both the ground and first floors of the building and can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. This air-conditioned three-bedroom house, each with its own ensuite bathroom, will provide you with a queen-size bed in each of the bedrooms. Comfortable sofas sit in the cozy living room that is designed with an entertainment cabinet and beautiful decorative details. The kitchen is set with a 6-seater dining table and it is well-equipped to meet the cooking needs of every guest. Each ensuite bathroom has a vanity sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. A 4th full bathroom is also available on the ground floor right next to the kitchen. There is a balcony with outdoor furniture on the rooftop that would allow guests to sit and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the neighborhood and busy streets.

Neighborhood info

The property is only 550 meters from Plaža Piran and about 1.1 km from Fiesa Lake. It is strategically situated 90 meters from Tartini Square where a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are all within a few minutes' walk away. With the house being located in the main square of the coastal town of Piran, guests would definitely enjoy walking around the narrow streets in one of Slovenia's most beautiful and oldest towns. Bicycle rentals can also be arranged on an advance request. There is no free parking available in Piran. Since the town is old and has very narrow streets, you cannot park in front of your apartment. Parking options, however, are available at the following garages: 1. Garage Fornače 2. Garage Arze You can request for 2 car vouchers in our office that would allow you to stay inside Piran for up to 1 hour free each for luggage drop-off upon check-in and luggage pick-up upon check-out.
