My property is relatively new and has very comfortable rooms with luxury King and Queen sized beds. It offers very private setting and units and as it is on top of a hill, it offers breath-taking views of the mountains, sea and whole Quincy Village neighbourhood. Indeed, you can see all incoming and outgoing flights and all boats entering the Seychelles Harbours. You have magnificent views of the inner islands including Praslin and La Digue if it is sunny. Located in a local residential neighbourhood and you have a view of almost all households beneath you ... spectacular night view ... can the feel being in a plane descending towards an airport to land. Each unit has large and comfortable kitchen and sitting room (with luxury sofa sets) and are all air-conditioned units. Great views from the balconies and other garden and sitting areas around the property. Latest and state of the arts bathroom and bathroom facilities. Indeed, you have views of the sea, sky. mountain and neighbourhood from every bedroom. Fully equipped family 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom family apartments to suit families and large groups. There is no sharing of apartments and one can opt for any apartment.

Great neighbourhood and occasional get together by friends. Since our property is on top of the hill, we have minimum passerby. Occasional little party over weekend but this is controlled by law to minimize noise pollution ... slight adhoc little noise if there is little construction going on but limited to day time, and not really a disturbance - can hardly hear noise from the air-conditioned rooms. We are very close to all amenities, to the ports and airports, and easy reach to any beach on Mahe. It is three minutes drive to catch the ferry to Praslin and La Digue.
