Independent space for 2 people. Located on the ground floor. Everything is clean, sleek and attractive. Note: our washbasin/toilet area has a headroom of 193 cm. We have 2 wonderfully comfortable box spring beds, which we can make up as a double bed for you. You can reach the 3rd bed via the cast-iron spiral staircase, you sleep at a height of 2 meters, on a double-thick mattress. Due to the height, it is not suitable for very small children. Our house was build in the year 2000 and is located in the Eastern Docklands; a residential area with special architecture and lots of water. This incredibly quiet part of Amsterdam is part of Amsterdam East, a lively multicultural district. We have a lot of catering establishments here, I will recommend a few things to you. The center is very easy and quick to reach with the bus that leaves around the corner. Out the door and across the (quiet) street you'll find a canal. Formerly a harbour, it is now popular for swimming. There is a stretch of water marked for swimmers. Furthermore, boats and dinghies regularly pass by. Also fun to do yourself; Rent a boat and see Amsterdam from the water.

Hello, I live in Amsterdam most of my life. I would like to give you tips to get to know Amsterdam differently. My interests lie in museums, cozy terraces, good restaurants and nice (neighborhood) bars.

Our house is located in the Eastern Docklands in the Zeeburg district, Amsterdam East. The center and Central Station can be reached in about 10 minutes, but there is so much to do in East! Parks, cinema, lots of terraces and restaurants, nice bars, a market, Javastraat and Czaar Peterstraat.
