For a long time our family had this lot of land. And we decided that this is a good place where to spend your free time in Jurmala, but not in a busy tourist area but closer to the nature. For the beginning we put sauna by the river and enjoyed swimming after sauna during all year. And then we put our first trial cottage and got good feedback. At the moment our family are managing 3 houses and it is only summer season project. In the future we plan to add some more cottages.

Wooden cottage houses are located by the river Lielupe in Jurmala. Total we have 3 houses. Cottage No1 has the best riverside view and is located few meters from river bank. Cottage No2 is in the middle, it also has nice river view. Cottage No3 is located closer to road and it has garden view from the main window and it is more noisier. Our place is very close to sea beach (3 km) and close to Riga (27km), it is 5 km away from downtown, has big private territory - 3000 m2. From one side private town house, from other side yacht club. All guests have full access to the river beach. Nice place for those who love nature, love to sit at the fire, found of fishing and swimming and likes to make grill for dinner. Cottages are well equipped and has 2 bedrooms, but they are not big - 36 m2 total area. Our guests are very different - some of them come to escape for summer vacation by the nature, some of them prefer sea and go the beach and return in afternoon for grilled dinner, some of them are traveling through Baltic states or Latvia and stay overnights to explore Jurmala and Riga. Our place is more for those who likes to sit outdoors more than sit in an increased comfort rooms.
