This is a private room with private bathroom for the guests located in an apartment in Quartiere San Teodoro 41, Mestre. The bathroom door is near room door. The apartment is located on 4th and last floor. There is no elevator. The location is close to San Giuliano Park in the green area of Venezia Mestre. You can reach the historical center of Venice in 20-25 minutes. First you have to take the tram on the stop close to our building called BOERIO and in 3 stops get to Piazzale Roma. From here you can either walk to San Mark Square or take the water buss. Please note: there is a cute medium size dog living in the apartment and a little cat. Both live in the host area. Also important information: you have to show your ID card or passport at your arrival. According to the local law we must communicate name of every person staying in our place to the local office within 24h after your arrival. Thank you.

The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and green. Ideal for joggers: there are many pedestrian and cycle paths.
