The structure is an apartment (70 m2) located on the third and last floor (NO lift) of a characteristic building in the historic center consisting of a two-room apartment (ideal for families) and a studio apartment, recently completely renovated and independent of each other, both equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, radiators/radiators, wi-fi, smart TV, large bathrooms and kitchens (also equipped with kettle and microwave oven). Very close to the sea, the nightlife and all the monumental tourist attractions of the city.
From a dream a reality was born! I am Katiuscia, I have always liked traveling and I have decided to welcome into my apartment all those who, like me, LOVE to stay, in total comfort, in the most beautiful and evocative places in the world!
The apartments are located in the historic center (limited traffic and video surveillance area), right near the pier and therefore facing the sea, the most evocative area, full of restaurants and bars just around the corner, as well as the Cathedral (Unesco heritage) , the medieval wash house, the natural park of the fortress, the Mandralisca museum and all the places of attraction and interest in the city. Looking out from the balconies of the structure you can enjoy the sea breeze and pleasant sunsets.
