Most of the authentic dishes that make up the menu are in fact prepared just as they were done in the past. Ida and her children make pasta by hand, use their own cow's milk to make mozzarella and, once a week, prepare delicious bread that is handmade and cooked in a wood oven, all in a location that is a land kissed by the sun and the sea.

The Sorrento citrus grove The real pride of the Il Giardino di Vigliano is the traditional Sorrento citrus grove preserved over time and is characterised by the "straw" cultivation, straw mats supported by pergolas of chestnut poles, which protect the trees in winter and at the same time they slow down the maturity of the lemons.
