From the separate entrance on the first floor, which can also be reached by lift, you enter the living-kitchen area. Here you can relax on the sofa watching TV or sit comfortably at the table with 5 chairs. The modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster offers the possibility to prepare your own meals. Crockery and cookware can be found on the shelves and in the drawers. From the kitchen-living room you exit onto the wonderful 50 square metre terrace that extends all around the flat offering privacy and comfort with a view of the surrounding hills. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for eating comfortably outdoors, 2 sun loungers, a sofa and armchair set located under the loggia, 2 sun blinds, one of which is motorised, a clothesline for laundry and a convenient outdoor tap. In the sleeping area are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom with a large 200X180cm bed (divisible into two single beds) and a large wardrobe wardrobe. The small bedroom with a 200X90cm bunk bed and a 200X90cm single bed. The rooms both offer access to the terrace loggia. The small bedroom adjoins the comfortable bathroom equipped with washbasin, bidet, WC and shower with sliding doors and hairdryer. The seasonal communal swimming pool (open from June to September) is located on the lower floor and is easily accessible. The interior of Azalea was completely renovated in March 2023.

Appartamento L'Azalea is located in a quiet residential area and a 700 m walk from the central square of Numana and a 1400 m walk from the central square of Sirolo. The beaches can also be reached by bus, the bus stop of which is 200 m from Appartamento L'Azalea. The supermarket, restaurants and tourist information point are within easy walking distance (500 m). The location within the Conero park makes it an ideal base for walks and cultural/naturalistic excursions. The city of Ancona and the beautiful neighbouring towns are easily accessible by car or public transport.
