Apartment was nice, new and clean. Garden with a small pool and feeling of space (no buildings at the front) are a big advantage. Quiet area and close to the beach and shops makes it a very good location. Very helpful and friendly owner. All our wishes were fulfilled (eg. additional towels or kitchen equipment). Free bicycles for our disposal let us visit further beached, farmer market e.t.c. Very convenient for somebody who did not come by car.

Lovely place, about 5 minutes walk from the center of Nikiti. The room was very spacious and large, and very clean. The air conditioning system was perfectly functioning. The pool in the garden, although quite small, adds a nice touch, and it's very relaxing after a day at the beach. More than anything, I appreciated the quiet of the place, despite being so near to the center. The host was extremely nice as well, and she gave us the possibility to store our luggage after checking out.

A very well maintained property located in the quiet area of Nikiti but really close to the port, cafes, bars, restaurants, beach, etc. Me and my partner booked a deluxe triple room which was a really good choice. It was located on the first floor so we didn’t have to use any stairs. Our balcony view was towards the beautifully arranged garden. The kitchen is well equipped - fridge, kettle, cooktop, kitchen hood and enough dishes. The design of the room is really modern and lovely. What we liked the most was that the room was cleaned on a daily basis and the towels and linens were changed a couple of times during our 1-week stay. What is more, the property offers bikes free of charge if you want to explore the area. There are free parking spaces around the villa. The host replies to the messages in Booking immediately so our communication was really easy. I recommend this villa to everyone who wants to have a peaceful vacation.
