This beautiful property has three houses with 6 bedrooms capable of hosting 14 people. It is located in Ferma, on the southern cost of Crete. There is direct access from the private staircase right onto he beach. Each new villa is modernly equipped, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, fee smart tv and free wifi, as well as free Netflix. All the houses have a direct view of the sea. There is also a barbeque and outside dining area. The property is ten minutes by car from Ierapetra, the southern most city in Europe, on the sea. There are many bars and restaurants. In Ferma there are five Tavernas and a excellent traditional Taverna Katerina. There is a super up the street, and many supers and shopping in Ierapetra. There is a new coffee house two minutes walk from the houses. Boat trips can be had in Ierapetra and there is a waterfall not far from the houses.

I very much enjoy hosting and am available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I am retired and hosting guests has become my passion in life.

Ferma is a very lovely small town on the sea. The people are amazing, kind, and friendly. There are Tavernas up the street, a super, gas station, coffee house, and a butcher shop to buy fresh meat. Ferma is ten minutes from Ierapetra, the southern most city in Europe on the sea.
