A modern, stylish, spacious and fully equipped apartment on the coastal road of Karlovasi. Built in 2020, on the 1st floor, with mountain and sea views, it comfortably accommodates up to three adults. There is a fully equipped kitchen with built-in oven and ceramic burner, fridge, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine and french press, solar water heater, window screens, security door, wifi, TV, desk, spacious bathroom and parking space. Within walking distance there is a beach, supermarket, gym, cafes, restaurants and the shopping center of the city. It is also 1.5 kilometres from the port of karlovasi.
