Large 1st floor corner house with no other houses above or below, in one of the traditional areas of the city. Walking distance to the seaside, center, KTEL (KTEL) and with direct access to the city exit. Around the house there are all types for shopping, as well as restaurants, cafes etc. The house is quite spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the 1 as auxiliary), an open plan living room-dining room-kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the city. It is fully equipped and functional. THERE is NO camera or OTHER recording or surveillance WITHIN the home. The whole house and its exterior (balcony) are exclusively available for guests. Free parking is available around the building. The main entrance of the dwelling (NOT THE HOUSE) can ONLY be used by the owner and ONLY for technical reasons of the dwelling
