Spacious two bedroom apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's West End. Part of a traditional Georgian townhouse in the New Town development of the early 19th Century. The property retains many original features alongside modern conveniences. The property is a newly restored lower ground floor apartment within an A-listed Georgian townhouse (circa 1823), in the heart of Edinburgh's fashionable West End and New Town. Great care has been made to preserve original features wherever possible, combining these with a number of sympathetic modernizations. The result is a unique blend of the traditional and contemporary, including a new fitted kitchen, new bathroom and shower room, complete laundry facilities, and full gas central heating system. Broadband wireless internet connection is provided. The apartment has its own entrance with secluded patio space to the front of the property.

Alva Street combines an excellent central location within the heart of Edinburgh's West End in an elegant residential Georgian street that exemplifies the New Town grand design. The property enjoys all the benefits of city centre living with a wide variety of shops and restaurants, the West End Village being home to some of the top contemporary independent retailers in the city. The magnificent Charlotte Square and the famous Princes Street are each just a minute's walk from the door.
