中国“房东提供的领取钥匙方式非常详细，包括停车位指示都很明确，所以入住非常顺利。社区里的一个二层小楼干净温馨，关键是fresh new，干净整洁，房间宽敞明亮，厨卫设施齐全，厨房有洗碗机烤箱咖啡机茶壶糖咖啡茶，居然还有叉丝器，真是太贴心了。旁边就是社区的儿童游乐场，附近大超市ALDI步行可达，总之一切都很便利，非常满意。 房间是全新的，多多通风会更好。”

Payment is collected at booking confirmation (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in our Terms & Conditions and a short online check-in form and upload photos of an ID for ALL adults staying at the property before checking in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date.
For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee.
A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 1 day before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee.
