2 rooms, Cannes historic heart of Le Suquet, 40 square meters fully equipped, refurbished in January 2024, air conditioning, modern and neat decoration, located in one of the prettiest residential and pedestrian streets of the historic center of Le Suquet, very quiet, secure parking optional (8 euro per day), WIFI. Entrance, living room with convertible sofa, large flat screen television (more than 120 French and foreign channels - CNN, BBC world, Sky news...), table, 4 chairs, guides of the region (walks, hikes, visits , skiing, diving, mountain biking, etc.), books, magazines, comics, etc. Fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, combined oven (microwave, grill, oven), refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker with aerocino, electric kettle, complete crockery. Bedroom with double bed, cupboards, bed linen provided (duvet with cover, pillows, pillowcases, etc.) changed weekly, bed made on arrival Bathroom with shower, basin, WC, cupboards, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, towels provided. There is one stop at the city of Le Cannet and you must get off at the second stop (Cannes SNCF train station). There is a bus every 45 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Travel time is 45 minutes. The price is around twenty euros. the Ticket is on sale from the driver or at the airport. Then, the Cannes SNCF train station is 15 minutes from the apartment on foot. Suquet electric shuttle stop 50m away. Possibility to go up or down to the Suquet district by elevator (trick known only to locals...) At your disposal in addition to our advice and favourites: Guides of the region (Routard…) and flyers of the many activities, curiosities, visits, restaurants, water parks, diving, hiking or mountain biking… To know: In season, maritime shuttle between Cannes, Mandelieu, Théoule-Sur-Mer. All year round, maritime shuttles to the islands of Lerins.
