VILLA "GOLF AND SEA" This independent villa is completely new and has just entered the rental market, it is bright and welcoming, the whole house, the garden and the pool are facing south, enjoying the sun throughout the day and in all seasons of the year. Located next to the Amarilla golf course, 100 m from the Club House, in a very quiet street overlooking the golf course, the marina and the sea, both 10 minutes away on foot. It has a beautiful heated pool in the garden on the ground floor, a terrace next to the master bedroom and a solarium terrace to enjoy the sun, privacy and the beautiful views of the golf course and the sea and the marina It has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 game room, all with fiber optic LAN connection and WIFI and double AACC integral system The 4 rooms are exterior overlooking the pool, golf and the sea and the 3 full bathrooms (1 on the ground floor next to 1 room and 2 on the first floor where the other 3 rooms are). The Villa Golf y Mar is located in a very quiet residential area that has an 18-hole golf course, a 9-hole Pitch & Put course and a driving range and 100 meters from the Club House. It is situated near de Tenerife South airport (15 minutes by car) You can walk from the house and in 10 minutes be in the marina of Amarilla (Marina), make underwater excursions in a submarine and enjoy restaurants by the sea. In the surroundings (2 km radius) there are several bars and restaurants of multiple specialties and several food stores, both in Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur. Also just 10 minutes walk you can access the marina and the coast There are also pharmacy and medical center services in the area (only 200 meters from the house) There is a large commercial and service area in Las Chafiras (5 km from the villa) where there are large hypermarkets (Mercadona, Hiperdino and Lidl) and an Agricultural Market where every Saturday and Sunday the natural agricultural products are exposed directly by farmers And in a radius of 5 km you can visit the fishing village of Los Abrigos with several native restaurants where you can taste freshly caught fresh fish of the day.
