The apartment is located very close to the beautiful Zoo (5 min walk) in a very nice area uphill to Thalkirchen where you can walk or cycle alongside the Isar river in lovely nature. Down to Isartor or up to Grünwald or Pullach. Very scenic views there. There are many famous beergardens nearby. The apartment is in the south of Munich, the best part of Munich. The tram is right around the corner at Tiroler Platz, 5 min walk or less. The tram directly takes you to Wettersteinplatz or Rosenheimer Platz from where you can take the u-bahn to downtown/Marienplatz or Isartor or any other location. It takes about 15 min from Tiroler Platz to Marienplatz. Tram also directly takes you to Grünwald. There are Rewe and Edeka supermarkets nearby. A gas stations just at Tiroler Platz. 2 Restaurants and beergardens in 5 min walk distance.
