Ich selbst arbeite als Freischaffender Künstler und wohne im selben Haus. Mein öffentliches Künstleratelier/Galerie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.

Das Apartment empfängt Sie in einer belebte Straße mit stark ausgebauter Infrastruktur und befindet sich in nur 150 Meter von Historischer Emmauskirche entfernt. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof Leipzig und damit auch bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es 3 km. Sie erreichen das Stadtzentrum mir der Straßenbahn die direkt vor dem Haus fährt ohne umsteigen und nur in 12 Minuten Die Unterkunft liegt 10 Minuten vom Folkshain Stünzer Park und hat damit gute Spaziergangsmöglichkeiten. Ihnen steht ein Flachbild-TV und eine CD-Player zur Verfügung. Das Bad umfasst eine Duschkabine für zwei Zimmer. Zusätzlich bietet das Apartment kostenloses WLAN. Die Küche (Gemeinschaftsküche für 2 Zimmer) ist mit Kochplatte, Kühlschrank. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Lebensmittel können Sie im Supermarket einkaufen, von dem Sie nur 400 Meter trennen. In der Nähe befinden sich auch einige Restaurants.

In der Nachbarschaft wohnen überwiegend Familien und auch einzelne Personen. Gegenüber befindet sich die Adolph-Diesterweg-Schule. Leipzig ist bei Reisenden, die an einem Belantisbesuch, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Zoo, Museen und Stadtbummel interessiert sind, sehr beliebt. Der nächste Flughafen ist der Flughafen Leipzig/Halle, zu dem Sie vom Apartment aus nach 20 km gelangen. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze direkt vor und um der Unterkunft nutzen Sie kostenfrei.
