## The space Welcome! The living room features 2 comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV, a dining table big enough to seat five, and a work desk with a chair. There is a large balcony, furnished with a seating area for guests to enjoy the spectacular views of the Dubai Marina and The Palm. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need alongside a washing machine for laundry purposes. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second one with 2 single beds. Both rooms are connected to the same balcony. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, 2 armchairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including the beautiful shared infinity pool (on the 2nd-floor residence side 7 AM - 10 PM) and an indoor health club working 24/7. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival.
