The facilities were also good. I booked the Ha Giang Loop through the receptionist Galvin and I had a lot of special requests, which Galvin smoothly and effectively handled all the logistics for me. The Ha Giang Loop also ended up being one of the best experiences for me, so I am very satified.

Hotel (Lavender) sister to Hanoi Backpackers Hostel were we had a deluxe double room with elevator was great. Hotel staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful to us. They arranged tours with pickup at front door. This hotel is beside the railway line and so many other facilities, food, drink, beauty treatments etc. Great healthy breakfast, fresh fruits, pancakes, omelette etc. Great coffee. Wifi in all areas. TV with Netflix etc. Fridge , kettle in room. Currency exchange, Laundry service, taxi service. Perfect English speakers
