Cankar Hall is 1 km from the hostel and Ljubljana Castle is 1km away. The owner, Marija,is a wonderfully kind host. She made phone calls to assist me with an issue I had trying to get COVID testing. She went above and beyond to help me by doing some research to help direct me to the best option. Then she also helped to make arrangements for early morning Saturday transfer to the airport. As for the property: The place is great! Modern, clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were fresh and clean, as was the room. The location is in the heart of the Old Town. It's in a great location and easy access to the main historical sites. I have traveled to more than 90 countries. This is one the top hotels I have ever stayed at.
