Brilliant stay at this beautiful vandrarhem! Beautiful area with easy access from the train station (just 10 minutes walk). Beautiful old fashioned house. Great value for money. Before I went I read a few reviews that claimed the place seemed run-down. This is a ridiculous statement, it's a old heritage building so obviously not brand new inside or out, but nicely painted, comfortable beds and good facilities. Cannot wait to come back again!

I was at home with the friendliness of the staff members. I was satisfied with the facilities in the hotel including laundry, kitchen and lobby.

Uppsala City Hostel er staðsett í hjarta Uppsala, 500 metra frá aðaljárnbrautarstöðinni í Uppsölum og 300 metra frá aðaltorginu, Stora Torget. I have stayed in various hostels in Scandinavia. This was the best. The rooms were so cosy and clean bed linen. Bathrooms were soo clean and fresh. Kitchen was huge with all sorts of cooking facility. Location was soo good, that everything was in walking distance. Staff was really helpfull. Each room even had lockers, study table and stool. Apt for business and study visits.

This hotel is a 15-minute walk from Uppsala Central Station and the Concert & Congress Hall. I visited Hotell Kvarntorget three times. The room is nice. And there are many toilets and shower rooms. Especially the lobby is very nice. Also the staffs at the reception are kind. Hotell Kvarntorget is very nice!
