Located in Ohrid, 1.3 km from Saraiste Beach, Golden Age Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. the absolute best hostel i’ve stayed in a long time. really felt more like a homestay, from the moment you arrive, you’re made to feel welcome - you have such a unique opportunity to meet local people from gatherings in the garden or you can just chill in the living room area. there always seemed to be something going on - days out, walks to a cafe etc the rooms and bathroom are a great size and you’re in a great location between the bus station and centre i’ve never stayed in a hostel where everyone ended up extending their stay because they were having such a good time. really had a family atmosphere here and i was so sad to leave ! golden age is the perfect hostel if you want to feel like you’re in a macedonian home, got to try some amazing food at the hostel (best moussaka of my life !) and was given all the recommendations to explore ohrid

I was greeted by a warm friendly host, whom went out of he’s way to help and assist. A lovely man. Loved my stay here and would highly recommend this place for any tourist.

Located in Ohrid, Sunset Lake hostel boasts a garden. This hostel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. All rooms come with a balcony. Exceptional place. I planned on staying one night and ended up spending 4 days and meeting plenty of people. Yoko who runs the hostel is incredibly flexible and helpful. Thank you for doing what you do, the genius loci of the hostel exists thanks to you. I'll be back!

Hostel Valentin is located 600 metres from the centre of Ohrid and 1.5 km from the Ohrid Lake. It offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. All rooms are simply furnished. Great place for the price, especially in the height of the summer season. Valentin is amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Such a great guy.
